Types of mods

Shouldn't the specific types of mods that can get you banned be listed here? At least the "intent" of the mods, like some prime examples, such as flying or x-ray. Wulf 359 07:10, 9 May 2019 (UTC)

That would be hella sensable IMHO. BcMineOut 20:52, 9 May 2019 (UTC)

Nature of /ban

The Minecraft Wiki states that "(The player being banned) Does not have to be online or even real," so is it inaccurate to say that loggin would prevent a ban on a vanillia server as the article currently states? getplayerhead.sh?walteratt&16.png walteratt 08:51, 20 Sep 2019 (UTC)

Graphs and Browsers

I do not know if anyone else experiences this too, but after testing in Firefox, Edge and Internet Explorer, I found that Current Bans Count graph only works in IE. I wanted to note it here and not on the main page because this is a singluar anecdote, though I believe it is still worth mentioning. getplayerhead.sh?walteratt&16.png walteratt 07:18, 13 Oct 2019 (UTC)

Have you tried enabling/allowing flash player for the MCO website with those browsers? Anna 28 20:46, 13 October 2019 (UTC)
Not when I had initally brought the topic up. But I have since tried enabling flash in edge (I cannot figure out how to install it for Firefox) now and it does work. Why is flash required to access such a useful feature in 2019? I would like to see the graph transitioned to pure HTML 5 so that we do not have to use an archaic, insecure program to access the ban count graph. walteratt 08:44, 14 October 2019 (UTC)

Ban for encouraging griefing in game chat

Aren't bans for encouraging griefing against the policy of Absolute Freedom Of Speech? After all, it clearly says that "where absolutely nothing you say will get you banned short of spamming the chat to do so", which creates a clear contradiction. - User:Cromwell2103

Note

WonkaOil420 has been banned 5 times, so he should be added to the trivia section Laootr (talk) 18:14, 12 November 2023 (UTC)
